Club member Wayne Potter and his wife Jackie attended the
Cataline Elementry School's Intergeneraional Dinner. The dinner celebrates the program that teacher Steve Dickens runs in partnership with the Williams Lake Seniors Village. The students spend seven weeks of the school year at the Village immersing themselves in their education, relationship building and service. The Lakers Car Club proudly donated $500 towards the program's scholarship fund.

In Dec 2018 we donated $2000 which was raised by raffling a full size wooden car built by Chris Knight, seen here handing the cheque to Tamara Robinson of the SA.
